Option 3: Manually fill in the CSV template below and email it to cbre@io-gen.com

 

Using the template, select the relevant site and meters that you want to upload manual readings for. Please make sure you have the correct site and meter names (already available on the template).

 

Save the file as a CSV and email it to cbre@io-gen.com. If the template is not filled in correctly, the system might not upload the readings correctly.
